I started Afterpause in my early 50s after going through menopause myself and realizing how little support there really was for women who wanted a more natural path. I struggled with the changes in my energy, mood, sleep, and sense of identity, and I began looking into functional ingredients that could genuinely help me feel like myself again. Over time, I found what made a difference in my own life, and I felt a strong responsibility to turn that into something other women could access easily. Afterpause was built from that experience, to offer simple, effective support for women who want to feel balanced, steady, and well through every stage of change.
